The 2025 Decision Guide for Minister Benefits can assist congregations and ministers serving in any setting with benefits decision-making for 2025. It can help determine 2025 eligibility and costs for the:

Congregational Pastors Package
Transitional Pastor’s Participation

This decision guide cannot determine benefits eligibility for split services, couples sharing one position at the same congregation (14-09 couples), Formula of Agreement pastors, non-PC(USA) pastors, or pastors receiving benefits through dues incentive programs.
